Juan Richardson Collects Three Hits & Two Runs As Grand Prairie Beat Laredo 7-5
Grand Prairie scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to break a 5-5 tie and beat the Laredo Lemurs by the score of 7-5. AirHogs 3B Juan M. Richardson and 2B Brandon Pinckney each had three hits in the game with Richardson scoring two runs and Pinckney driving in one. Grand Prairie CF Keanon Simon, 1B Frazier Hall and RF Kenny Held chipped in with two hits apiece. AirHogs reliever Jakob Cunningham was the winning pitcher as he tossed an inning allowing an earned run on a hit. Laredo SS Jimmy Mojica went 3-for-5 with a triple in the loss.

Chris Edmondson Helps Lead Rockland To Doubleheader Sweep Over New Jersey
The Rockland Boulders jumped on the New Jersey Jackals early scoring four runs in the top of the first inning and would cruise from there to an 8-3 win in game one of a doubleheader. Rockland 3B Stephen Cardullo (pictured) had a solid game at the plate going 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs scored and three RBI. Boulders LF Chris Edmondson chipped in with his league-lead-tying fifth home run of the season, along with scoring two runs and driving in three. Boulders starting pitcher Pat Moran tossed a complete game en route to his second win of the season. Moran allowed one earned run on five hits and fanned nine batters.

Springfield Shutout By Arkansas 3-0
Winners of two straight games, the Cardinals were in search of their second three-game winning streak of the season with a victory Wednesday night against the Travelers.
Hard-throwing right-hander Maikel Cleto worked six innings Wednesday night, his second Double-A start, but he didn’t get any run support as the Springfield Cardinals lost 3-0 to the Arkansas Travelers in North Little Rock, Ark.
