Springfield Cardinals Lose Third Straight, 7-2
Nick Additon would make his 5th start of the season on Sunday and looked sharp for the first two innings. The third inning was not as kind as he loaded the bases on a double and two walks, one intentional. With two outs, Jeff Kindel delivered a two-run single and Ryan Harvey followed with a booming three-run homer to give Tulsa a 5-0 lead.

Note of the night: Brendan Ryan admitted when he was hitting eighth that it wasn't his favorite thing. He made a point that he wasn't taking issue with the manager's decision, and that he was certainly happier to be in the lineup than out of it. But even before Ryan was moved to the No. 9 spot, he acknowledged that he likes hitting there.
