Cardinals Potential Minor League Free Agents
Nine St. Louis Cardinals farmhands may soon walk away as minor league free agents, seven of whom were members of the 2009 Triple-A Memphis Redbirds. Six of the nine are left-handed pitchers.

Cardinals System Roster Changes Affect Memphis
In the midst of a tight pennant race in the Pacific Coast League, the Memphis Redbirds have seen eight transactions over the last ten days alone, all with pitchers. The list includes two more on Friday and likely more to come with Kyle Lohse’s injury with St. Louis.
