Memphis call-up Yairo Munoz, whom president of baseball operations John Mozeliak thought would be doing most of the short-stopping now that Paul DeJong is out for perhaps a month or more with a left hand fracture, made a diving stop of a ground ball in his first tough chance Saturday. The eighth-inning smash by Philadelphia’s Jorge Alfaro still was an infield hit but Munoz, a late-game replacement, covered considerable ground.
