Ex-Cardinals Watch 7-9-09: Tagg Bozied & Cody Haerther Sign Deals; Chris Narveson DFA'd; Mark Mulder Almost Ready; Scott Rolen Hitting Streak Goes On

Scott Rolen (Blue Jays):

Right-hander Roy Halladay is not the only available player on the Blue Jays' roster. The Jays are shopping right fielder Alex Rios and would consider moving third baseman Scott Rolen, among others, major-league sources say.

Jeff Suppan (Brewers):
The Cardinals jumped to a 4-1 lead in the top of the fourth inning against Suppan, who allowed only those four runs in 5 2/3 innings of work. The big blow belonged to Ryan, a .297 hitter entering the game who made the Brewers pay for an intentional walk two batters earlier to .219 hitter Joe Thurston by hitting a two-run double off the left-field wall. It was one of three Cardinals hits off Suppan in the inning.

Jack Wilson (Pirates):
Similar to the situation with LaRoche, though, there don't seem to be teams waiting in line for Wilson right now, so I'd suspect he'll remain.
