Cardinals Homestand Highlights: Friday, May 31 - Thursday, June 6, 2019
After a quick three-game road trip to Philadelphia, the Cardinals return to Busch for six games against divisional foes. The fifth homestand of the year opens with a three-game weekend series against the rival Chicago Cubs (May 31-June 2) and concludes with three games versus the Cincinnati Reds (June 4-6). The St. Louis Cardinals today unveiled a new road alternate jersey that players will wear during select Saturday road games starting with the 2019 season. The uniforms are powder blue in color, similar to the “Victory Blue” uniforms that players wore from 1976 through 1984.

Kerry Robinson To Replace Jim Edmonds In Frontier League Celebrity Home Run Derby
Due to lingering complications stemming from major reconstructive surgery, Jim Edmonds will be unable to participate in the hitting portion of the Frontier League Home Run Derby on July 10 at CarShield Field in O’Fallon. Edmonds will still be at the event and signing autographs for fans who have purchased a pre-game VIP autograph pass, as well as serving as an honorary on-field emcee for the Home Run Derby. Former St. Louis Cardinal and Rascals coach Kerry Robinson will be hitting in place of Edmonds in the Home Run Derby. The Derby will also feature Ray Lankford, Rick Ankiel, Mark Whiten, and eight Frontier League All-Stars.
