Luke Voit 'Trying Everything' To Make Yankees Playoff Roster

Masahiro Tanaka 'Absoluetly Confident' Coming Out Of Bullpen

James Paxton Exits After One Inning With 'Dull Soreness'

Thank You, CC Sabathia: Lefty Moved To Tears By Tribute
CC Sabathia’s commute to Yankee Stadium seemed ordinary on Sunday morning, rolling out of his New Jersey driveway and crossing the George Washington Bridge, just like he has been doing for more than a decade. The hurler said he didn’t realize until later that it was his final regular-season home game as an active player.

Masahiro Tanaka Surrenders 12 Runs In Lopsided Loss
As the score grew lopsided in a lengthy first inning, Masahiro Tanaka never looked toward the third-base dugout for assistance, nor would the Yankees have expected him to. Entering the rivalry weekend backed by a taxed bullpen, his assignment was clear: Soak up as many outs as possible, hopefully saving the staff for the next few days.

Gleyber Torres Hits Walk-Off Single As Yankees Storm Back
James Paxton was shaky against the Blue Jays on Wednesday, allowing six runs in just 4 1/3 innings. But with the Yankees’ high-powered offense, it didn’t end up mattering. The Yanks came back from an early five-run deficit, and Gleyber Torres delivered a walk-off single in the ninth for an 8-7 victory at Yankee Stadium after Zack Britton had allowed the game to be tied in the top of the inning.
