Tommy Gregg, Jamie Quirk, Abraham Nunez, & Jeff Suppan Named To Royals Minor League Coaching Staffs
The Royals announced their Minor League coaching staffs for 2016 on Monday, with the biggest addition being Andy Hawkins, a former Major Leaguer who served as the Rangers' bullpen coach the past seven seasons and now will be the Royals' pitching coach at Triple-A Omaha.

Jamie Quirk's Name Surfaces As Candidate For Marlins' Coaching Jobs
A few other positions currently are unfilled, including first base, third base and bullpen coach. A name that has surfaced to fill a position on the staff is Jamie Quirk, who played 18 years in the big leagues. A former first-round pick of the Royals in 1972, Quirk retired as a player in 1992.

USA Baseball Announces World Cup Staff
USA Baseball has issued a press release announcing the coaching staff for the 2009 World Cup Team coaching staff. Team USA coaching veteran Eddie Rodriguez will be the manager and lead a staff that includes pitching coach Kirk Champion, hitting coach Ernie Young, Jamie Quirk and Rolando "Roly" de Armas.
