Cardinals Workout Day Before Game Three Of NLDS

The Cardinals are back home to host games 3 and 4 of the National League Division Series against the Atlanta Braves. Saturday was an off day in the series, but both teams worked out at Busch Stadium.

Former Cardinals Playing In MLB Playoffs 10-5-17: Joe Kelly Strikes Out One Over One Scoreless Inning



Joe Kelly (former St. Louis-Boston) entered in the sixth and pitched one inning.  He allowed two hits, no runs, and struck one out.  (p-s:25-18)(g/f:1-1)

Houston beat Boston 8-2

Jaime Garcia (former St. Louis-New York-A) entered in the fifth and pitched 2.2 innings.  He allowed no hits or runs, two walks (one intentional), threw two wild pitches, and struck three out.  (p-s:44-26)(g/f:0-4)(ir-s:1-1)

Cleveland beat New York-A 4-0
