April 9 In Chiefs History

Throughout their history the Chiefs have played 32 games (15–17 record) with two rain/snow outs on April 9. The Chiefs have played three April 9 double headers and four Opening Day games (1–3 record). Today should have been the fifth April 9 opener in team history, but that will have to wait for another day.
