Memphis Hammers Las Vegas In Opener

Memphis manager Chris Maloney is glad Nick Stavinoha didn't pout when he got the word he was being sent down by the Cardinals. Stavinoha led a 20-hit attack as the Redbirds pounded Las Vegas 14-5 in the series-opener Wednesday night.
