The Appalachian League of Professional Baseball Clubs announced today that after 23 seasons at the helm, league president Lee Landers will retire following the 2018 season.

Lee Landers Still Has Love For Baseball
Lee Landers was excited in February, four months before the start of the Appalachian League season. Now, just four days from the first pitch, there’s little doubt that hasn’t changed.
