Although catcher Yadier Molina received a one-game suspension from Major League Baseball for bumping umpire Tim Timmons last Sunday, he was in the Cardinals’ lineup Tuesday night. But, suspension or no, he isn’t likely to be in Wednesday’s lineup, which is likely to feature the first start for Francisco Pena, who excelled in blocking several tough Greg Holland pitches in the 10th inning on Monday after Molina had been pinch-run for the inning before.
