Major League Baseball, PEOPLE and the St. Louis Cardinals today announced Eric Greitens as the Cardinals "All-Star" of the "All-Stars Among Us" campaign, which debuted in 2009 and recognizes individuals who are serving their communities in extraordinary ways.
