The 1920's came and after losing decades since the 1890's the Cardinals began to add to the pieces they started putting together in the teens. This led to 2 pennant and a World Championship!!! With Rogers Hornsby averaging a .400 BA over a 4 year period was one of the great feats in baseball history.
