In addition to the above releases, the Springfield Cardinals activated Kyle Mura from the 7-day disabled list.

Mura, 24, was placed on the disabled list on April 30 with a sprained right elbow after posting a 1-0 record and 8.18 ERA in four starts.

He made his return Monday night, entering the game in the 6th inning and pitching one frame, giving up three hits, one earned run, one intentional walk, and striking out one.

There will be no corresponding move since there was already an open spot on the roster after Mike Folli was promoted to the Memphis Redbirds earlier last week.
