Cardinals Prospect Power Rankings 7-19-08

The 21-year-old Colby Rasmus is the Cardinals Top Prospect and was recently ranked by Scout.com as the third best prospect in all of baseball. Colby has been named to the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team.
