David Medina Slugs Two Homers & Seth Blair, Tyrell Jenkins Debut

A year ago, in his first extended run through pro ball, Tyrell Jenkins felt the wear and strain that the mileage of being a starter can put on a shoulder. He ended the year a few weeks early because of that soreness.
On Thursday, the St. Louis Cardinals minor leaguers had their first spring games against external competition – the Miami Marlins.

A rather subdued day on the farm. David Medina makes a splash and Tyrell Jenkins sees some action.
