Evan Mendoza (Peoria) covered third base and went 1-for-2 with one RBI.
Nestor Molina (Veracruz) pitched two innings and allowed one hit, no runs, and struck three out.


Double-A Jacksonville Beat Springfield 5-2:

Andy Young (Springfield) covered third base and went 1-for-3 with one double, one run, and one strikeout.
Anthony Shew (Peoria) pitched four innings and allowed five hits, three earned runs, and struck three out.


A-Advanced Palm Beach Beat Jupiter 10-1:
