The Cardinals have listed “to be announced” as their starter for Saturday night’s second game of a three-game series here with the Tampa Bay Rays. Many have interpreted that to mean that righthander Jack Flaherty, the top pitcher currently at Memphis, would be coming up to pitch on his fifth day and that struggling Mike Leake would be skipped for at least one turn.
