The St. Louis Cardinals announced today that they have activated outfielder Stephen Piscotty from the 10-day disabled list (right groin strain) and optioned outfielder Harrison Bader (BAY-der) to Memphis (AAA) in a move retroactive to July 31.

After missing the last 16 games due to a right groin strain, Stephen Piscotty has been activated from the disabled list and will be with the St. Louis Cardinals as they open their road trip tonight in Milwaukee.
