Alex Mejia (Springfield) covered shortstop and went 1-for-1 with one triple and one RBI.
Chris Ellis (Gwinnett) pitched three innings and allowed one hit, no runs, and struck one out.


Double-A: Springfield Beat Binghamton (New York-N) 4-2:

Andrew Brodbeck (Palm Beach) covered second base and went 2-for-2 with one double, one home run, four RBIs, and one run.
Dakota Hudson (Springfield) pitched three innings and allowed one hit, one run, and struck six out.


A-Advanced: Palm Beach Beat St. Lucie (New York-N) 7-4:

Stefan Trosclair (Gulf Coast League) covered first base and went 1-for-2 with one home run, two RBIs, one run, and one strikeout.
Starlin Balbuena (Gulf Coast League) covered third base and went 2-for-2 with one run.
