Cardinals Recall Mitch Harris From Triple-A Memphis & Option Greg Garcia

The St. Louis Cardinals announced prior to today's Independence Day game with the San Diego Padres that they have recalled right-handed pitcher and U.S. Navy Lieutenant Mitch Harris from Memphis (AAA) and optioned infielder Greg Garcia to the triple-A club.
