The St. Louis Cardinals have recalled infielder Greg Garcia and first baseman Xavier Scruggs from Memphis (AAA) today. Catcher Ed Easley and right‐handed pitcher Mitch Harris were optioned to Memphis following Thursday afternoon's game in Minnesota.
