Cardinals Minor League Spring Training 3-21-15: Tyler Lyons Strikes Out Five Over Three Scoreless Innings; Mike Mayers Strikes Out Three Over Three Scoreless Innings; Cole Lankford & Ricardo Bautista Each Drove In Two Runs

Triple-A: Memphis Beat New Orleans (Miami) 3-0

Greg Garcia (Memphis) manned shortstop and went 2-for-2 with one run and one walk.
Mike O'Neill (Memphis) manned left field and went 0-for-1 with three walks.
David Washington (Palm Beach) covered first base and went 1-for-3 with one RBI.
David Popkins (Springfield) manned right field and went 1-for-3 with one RBI.
Tyler Lyons (Memphis) pitched three innings and allowed no hits or runs, and struck five out.
Mike Mayers (Memphis) pitched three innings and allowed one hit, no runs, one walk, and struck three out.


Double-A: Springfield & Jacksonville (Miami) Tied 4-4

Justin Ringo (Peoria) covered first base and went 2-for-4 with one RBI.
Blake Drake (Johnson City) manned right field and went 2-for-4 with one RBI.
Blake McKnight (Peoria) pitched one inning and allowed no hits or runs, and struck two out.


A-Advanced: Palm Beach beat Jupiter (Miami) 7-2

Ronald Castillo (Peoria) manned left field and went 2-for-4 with one run.
Alex DeLeon (State College) covered first base and went 2-for-4 with one home run, one RBI, and two runs.
