Of all the things I’ve heard said about Cardinals GM John Mozeliak by rival executives, disciplined is probably the most apt description. He won’t be pressured into something. It doesn’t matter if – from a PR perspective – he gets roasted by the hometown fans because they wanted to see something big come down the pipe.
