Koyie Hill (former MiLB signing-Philadelphia) started at catcher and batted seventh.  1-for-3 with one double, one run, one walk, one strikeout, and allowed one stolen base.

Atlanta beat Philadelphia 10-3 in game one of doubleheader


Albert Pujols (former St. Louis-Anaheim) started as designated hitter and batted third.  2-for-5 with two two-out RBIs.
David Freese (former St. Louis-Anaheim) started at third base and batted eighth.  3-for-4 with one double, three RBIs, one run, one stolen base, and one strikeout.
