Ralph Kalish Jr., Lawyer & Brach Rickey Devotee, Dies While Biking
Ralph Kalish Jr., a partner at the Husch Blackwell law firm and owner of the Crushed Red restaurants, died Sunday of an apparent heart attack while biking.
