No question Tony La Russa, in charge of the Diamondbacks baseball operations, will implement changes and bring in some of his own people this year. It's unknown whether GM Kevin Towers will be in La Russa's plans, but there's little chance manager Kirk Gibson will be managing the team in 2015. The two most likely candidates to manage the Diamondbacks in 2015 are Joe McEwing of the Chicago White Sox and Mike Aldrete of the St. Louis Cardinals.
