Sean Johnson Named PCL Strength Coach Of The Year
Memphis Redbirds strength and conditioning coach and former Northwest Mississippi Community College Ranger Sean Johnson has been named the 2013 Pacific Coast League Strength Coach of the Year, the Professional Baseball Strength & Conditioning Coaches Society recently announced.
