The Frankly Speaking Show 8-23-13: The Emergence Of Joe Kelly
Today the Cardinals placed Jake Westbrook on the 15-day disabled list and brought back Carlos Martinez. But the question of who starts Monday is still unanswered. But what we do know is that right now, according to Frank Cusumano, Joe Kelly is the Cardinals number 2 starter.
