The Cardinals swapped lefthanded rookie pitchers today, sending to Class AAA Memphis Sam Freeman, who finished Friday's 7-0 loss to the Chicgo Cubs, and recalling Tyler Lyons, who has made seven starts for the club this year. Lyons should join the team here today before the Cardinals' game with the Cubs.
