Needing to fill their bullpen with fresh arms for Tuesday’s doubleheader, the Cardinals recalled right-handers Michael Blazek and Keith Butler from Triple-A. Righty Fernando Salas and left-hander Marc Rzepczynski were optioned to Memphis to make room.
