Kids Playing At Proper Competition Level

We all remember the kid that we grew up with, that was an absolute "Man Child" at the age of 12 and completely dominated every sport that he played. It always seemed to play out the same way, where the talent gap would continue to shrink, until one day, he just blended in with the rest of the kids and didn't know how to handle adversity, or became disinterested and quit.
