Joe Girardi Not 'Trying To Reinvent The Game' By Batting Pitcher 8th

Yankees manager Joe Girardi batted starting pitcher David Phelps eighth in their lineup Wednesday night instead of the more traditional ninth spot in an interleague game against Colorado.
