Cardinals Vs. Padres: Series Preview
Former Cardinal Jason Marquis, a member of the 2006 World Series championship club, will make the 298th start of his career tonight against young Cardinals righthander Shelby Miller. Marquis, who has won four starts in a row, hasn’t won more than eight games in a season since 2009 when he won 15 for Colorado.
