Cardinals Vs. Dodgers: Series Preview
Righthander Chris Carpenter, in the midst of what might be another remarkable comeback from shoulder issues, threw an extended bullpen session at Busch Stadium on Thursday. General manager John Mozeliak, who was on hand, said, “It was a positive step. We’re still approaching this one day at a time.” Carpenter reported that he felt good after the workout.
