David Freese Starts Rehab; Oscar Taveras' Debut Delayed; Opener Will Honor Stan Musial; Hard Slides; Welcoming Bengie Molina
Cardinals third baseman David Freese, who spent most of spring training battling pain in his lower back, began his rehab assignment at Class AAA Memphis on Friday afternoon. He batted third for the Redbirds and played all seven innings of the first game of a doubleheader.
