Shoulder Issue Hampers Shelby Miller

Cardinals righthander Shelby Miller, a candidate to win the open spot in the major league rotation, did not face batters as scheduled Wednesday because of tightness in his right shoulder. The discomfort at least will also delay his appearance in a game.
