Chris Lashmet produced a 3-for-3 night at the plate with a pair of runs batted in, but a seven-run sixth inning spelled doom for the State College Spikes in a 9-3 defeat at the hands of the Batavia Muckdogs on Saturday night at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park.
