Minors President: Quad-City Scene A Thing Of Beauty

As president of Minor League Baseball, Pat O'Conner travels around 200 days a year and has the opportunity to catch approximately 40 minor-league games a year. But when the head of the organization that oversees 160 minor-league clubs and baseball's umpire development operations visits the Quad-Cities, he pauses to savor the surroundings.
