David Freese Ahead Of Schedule; Kyle McClellan Day-To-Day With Hip Inflammation; Albert Pujols Leading All-Star Game Voting
Injured third baseman David Freese passed what he called a huge step Tuesday when he was cleared by doctors to begin swinging a bat, signifying he is well ahead of schedule in his rehab from a broken left hand.
