After Tuesday night's impressive outing against Philadelphia, Cardinals' lefty Jaime Garcia moved up in the rankings. Since the start of last season, Garcia has the best ERA (2.41) among all MLB lefthanded starters. And among all starting pitchers, only Josh Johnson (2.14) and Roy Halladay (2.39) have a lower ERA since the beginning of 2010.
