York Signs Shaun Garceau
On Tuesday, Revs manager Andy Etchebarren announced the signings of pitchers Chris Cody, Scott Rice and Shaun Garceau, while also finalizing a trade for infielder Tanner Townsend. The Townsend trade was first reported late last week.
