The Springfield Cardinals salvaged a split of a doubleheader Tuesday night, as Alex Castellanos’ two-run triple and the work of three relievers — one kidnapped from the bullpen to make a spot start — atoned for yet another frustrating loss.
After being rained out Monday night, the Springfield Cardinals and Northwest Arkansas Naturals renewed their rivalry in a doubleheader on Tuesday night at Hammons Field.
