Tucson's Newest Triple-A Baseball Team Officially Named
The Pacific Coast League’s newest team and top minor league club of the San Diego Padres, has announced that the official name of the Triple-A be the Tucson Padres. The team is expected to begin play in 2011 at Tucson Electric Park on East Ajo.
