Cardinals Winter League Notebook 12-3-10
Romulo Ruiz collects two doubles, drives in three runs and scores two runs for Player of the Day honors. Ildemaro Vargas connects for three hits, a double, an RBI and scores three runs in the Venezuelan Parallel League. Jose Martinez, Roberto Espinoza and Cesar Valera each knock in one run. Eduardo Sanchez pitches a hitless/scoreless frame in the LVBP.
