Executives Discuss Labor Issues At GM Meetings
The 30 general managers spent the entire day in meetings talking about labor issues leading up to next year's collective bargaining negotiations for a new Basic Agreement, Rob Manfred, Major League Baseball's executive vice president of labor relations and human resources, said on Tuesday.
