Round Two: Is Roy Oswalt Cardinals Best Option?

QUESTION: Would the Cardinals be better off allocating their resources to try to acquire a decent pitcher AND a decent bat before the trade deadline as opposed to going to the top shelf for a Roy Oswalt? Is that even a possibility?
