Sure, the Cardinals would like to have Cliff Lee, Danny Haren, Roy Oswalt or another attractive starting pitcher that soon will pop up on the trade market. But the Cardinals are not alone in compiling a wish list. Lots of teams are searching for quality starters. There will be competition for available arms.
